Having to "earn" one's way to be "right" with God the Father to get to heaven and stay there is considered spiritual bondage by Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ chose to make the way to heaven FREE OF CHARGE -- being made right with God the Father . . . by "TRUSTING" rather than having to work for it (which God the Father decreed was impossible with man anyway). (See: Romans 5:15-16; Ephesians 2:8).
