Matthew 18:20 – Institutional Version

Matthew 18:20 – Institutional Version

Today's churches are organizations. This isn't what Jesus had in mind. The early churches used "family" language: they referred to other church members as "brothers" and "sisters" and "fathers" and "mothers." And they gathered together the same way real families do: in living rooms, not classrooms, around dinner tables, not pulpits, pews and platforms.
